What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions with a marketing professional covering topics like marketing channels, messaging, branding and target audiences
  • A written summary of marketing goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy
  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts

We are relaunching our website as well as launching social media platforms (LinkedIn, FB, IG & Twitter). We have a communications plan but we are looking for insight on how to properly implement it and how to relaunch a website. We are also launching a newsletter and want to figure out how to match the relaunch messsaging with the newsletter

What we have in place
  • We currently have a communications plan, website outline,, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have previous email blasts that show what content we share, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,998 , allowing us to invest in other projects that help in nonprofit capacity building

This project is important as we want to give nonprofits a place to get resources, up to date information etc. that will help them in their capacity endeavors.

NY Funders Alliance was formed in 2015 for the purpose of supporting and promoting effective philanthropy throughout our region in New York State.

What we do

NY Funders Alliance is an association of grantmakers and philanthropic advisors throughout New York State. We provide and develop opportunities for funders to convene and connect, deliver tools and resources, and engage our members in programming that highlights national, state, and regional thought leaders that focus on issues members care about.

2 projects of the NY Funders Alliance includes the WNY Nonprofit Support Group (WNYNSG) and LiftOff. The WNYNSG is dedicated to strengthening communities by strengthening nonprofit capacity. Liftoff works with existing community organizations and networks to ensure that, by the time children reach kindergarten, they are prepared physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively to reach their fullest potential.
