What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
We are looking for a new donor request letter for our upcoming End of the Year Appeal that begins in November. We would like a fresh perspective on how to approach donors, in a unique and engaging way. Turn around time for this project is essential, as we would like the letters to go out on 11/15.
What we have in place
- We have previous appeal letters, photographs, student testimonies and lots of information which should help you get started.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to spend more on marketing, and programming for our students.
More than anything, this project will save us time. Writing letters from scratch can be time consuming, and we have a lot of projects happening at the same time. Our staff members play many different roles in our organization, so any way we are able to save time helps us tremendously.
